For orders under £65.00 (excluding VAT) carriage is £2.89. If your order is over £65.00 carriage is free. Your order can be delivered straight to your home, your workplace or to a neighbour, whichever is most convenient for you. If your item is in stock we aim to deliver your goods within a week. We usually send out our orders via GPO twice a week, so depending on what day you place your order you could receive it within 2 to 4 working days. If you are in a hurry for an item, please let us know before placing your order and we will advise on a special next day delivery price, providing the item is in stock.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7.00am - 6pm. In order to keep our postal costs low we will re-use good clean packaging for our items. We hope you will appreciate that we are trying to conserve costs to you and the environment. The exact delivery dates available for your order will depend on the delivery address and time you place the order. We'll do our best to get your shopping to you within the timescales shown above, but it can depend on where you live and what's in stock. If we do not have everything in stock we will normally hold your order until we are able to dispatch it complete.
If some items have to be ordered in for you or are delivered by a third party, a customer service agent will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as the goods are ready to be dispatched. This website is only for delivery of products to customers with mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. Spirare Gifts Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to unforeseen events such as strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to Spirare Gifts Ltd of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Spirare Gifts Ltd by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control. Spirare Gifts Ltd. is not liable for any damage or loss of goods while in transit. However, if you feel your goods have been damaged whilst in transit then please contact Spirare Gifts Ltd, via e-mail or phone, immediately after receipt of goods indicating what has happened. We will investigate your claim and send replacement goods if it is deemed that the damage has been caused by the transit company. Returns By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order. Goods must be returned within 28 days, using the address above.
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the full cost of the item. We will only refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling the whole order, so please mention this when cancelling your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable if you are returning part of an order.
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or gift vouchers. Goods returned for exchange or gift vouchers must in all respects be in the condition you received them and have a valid proof of purchase. This offer applies for 30 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Some products are excluded from the Guarantee and are clearly marked by a † next to the product name. Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie can only be returned in the event that it is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Please view the Adult terms and Conditions for further information on these products. In the rare event that you have a faulty item, please return it to us at the Customer Service Address for an exchange or refund. All faulty items require a valid proof of purchase before being authorised. This offer applies for 3 months from the date of purchase for lingerie and 1 year from the date of purchase for all other products and is addition to your statutory rights. If posting goods please keep proof of posting. Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund: We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Please allow a further 5 to10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
